MEET THE OWNER
The Sunshine Sauce was created in 2022 in Boise by founder Mitch Zotovich. Mitch loves garlic and wanted a clean, versatile spicy condiment that tasted good on everything. He started by making small batches and selling at farmers markets, and the sauce took off quickly with steady growth and a loyal local following.
Today The Sunshine Sauce is sold in every Treasure Valley Fred Meyer, the Boise Co Op, JD’s Bodega, and will soon be carried in every Albertsons in the Treasure Valley.
Mitch built the brand on simple values. Real ingredients, bold flavor, and a product that works on almost anything. The Sunshine Sauce is also known for strong customer service and an ongoing commitment to supporting the community.

MEET THE OWNERS
For more than 40 years, Pop’s Popcorn has been a beloved Boise staple. As the city’s first popcorn shop, Pop’s opened its doors in the 1980s and has delighted generations of popcorn lovers ever since. In May 2023, Roy and Sierra Shuldberg became the newest owners, proudly continuing the shop’s flavorful legacy.
Roy, a native Idahoan, finally convinced Sierra to make the move north in 2018 after the two met and married while attending BYU in Utah. Together they’ve built a busy, happy life with their four children—three boys and one girl. When the Shuldbergs first took over Pop’s, their youngest could often be found helping behind the counter, serving customers with a smile. These days, she’s traded her apron for kindergarten, while her mom has returned to the classroom as a science teacher in the West Ada School District. Sierra still helps with Pop’s for weddings, events, and weekends, while Roy oversees daily operations and pursues other entrepreneurial ventures.
Since taking ownership, the Shuldbergs have revitalized Pop’s Popcorn’s location at 9165 W. Chinden Blvd., Suite 106 in Garden City. They’ve added new and improved flavors, introduced “pop-at-home” options, and worked to re-create the nostalgic popcorn experience for today’s Treasure Valley community. Whether it’s catering for company parties, weddings, or creating memorable gifts for any occasion, Pop’s Popcorn continues to celebrate the joy of sharing a simple, timeless treat.

It's nice to meet you! Our names are Brendon & Sabrina Garcia, co-founders of Idaho Barkery. We bake allergy-friendly, plant-based dog treats made with just a few ingredients like chickpea flour, peanut butter, and honey. We started the company after our dog, Rocky, struggled with severe allergies and we couldn’t find a treat that was simple, safe, and delicious.
Inspired by Idaho’s love for dogs and the outdoors, we turned a kitchen project into a fast-growing business. Idaho Barkery is proudly rooted in Boise, where our treats are handcrafted with love. Sabrina grew up in Southeast Boise (go Wolves!) and although she left the area for college - she couldn't wait to come back to be a part of this amazing community. We partner with many local businesses and breweries and are passionate about celebrating the adventurous, dog-loving spirit of the 43rd State. We recently represented Idaho at SuperZoo, where we were honored as Runner-Up in the Accessories & Gifts category at the 2025 New Product Showcase
Today, we offer custom logo dog treats for events, hotels, breweries, and boutiques as well as wholesale-ready bags for retailers who want better-for-you treats on their shelves.
